Pairing Central Coast Wines at Zucca
Wine pairing is a growing trend. You see more an more emphasis on pairing the proper wines with your meals. Restaurants are featuring more wine pairing dinners, wine tasting/pairing events are popping up left and right. And why not, it can enhance any meal, bringing it to new levels. And, in most cases, make the wine taste better too.
We recently were invited to attend Zucca’s Au Bon Climat/Qupe/Chanin Wine Dinner, featuring some of California’s better Pinot Noirs, paired with Zucca’s wonderful Italian cuisine prepared by Chef Lucio Bedon. A native of Northern Italy, his food reflects the fresh and vibrant flavors of the region.
